Order Dispatch

We strive to dispatch all orders received by 3:00 PM UK time on the same working day.

Returns & Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at fijikom26@gmail.com to inform us of your intention to return the item(s). Returned items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a note with your name, address, order number, and reason for return.

Please note that return postage costs are not covered by us. Refunds will only be processed once the returned goods are received, and they will be issued to the original payment method.

Liability

We are not responsible for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by our appointed carriers.

Return Shipping

The parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend using registered post and retaining proof of postage, as this will be required for any claims with Royal Mail if your parcel is lost.

Missing Items

Any missing items must be reported on the day of delivery. Please email us at fijikom @so we can investigate the issue.

Address Accuracy

We accept no responsibility for non-delivery of orders where the full address, including postal code, is not provided correctly.

Colour Representation

We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible on-screen. However, due to variations in technology, screen settings, and printer settings, we cannot guarantee an exact color match. Images on our website should be used as a guide only.
